Patient educational programs for patients and families with Marfan Syndrome and Related Connective Tissue Disorders

The Marfan and Related Connective Tissue Disorder Program at the Herma Heart Center, in collaboration with Rally for Aly presents: Patient Educational Programs for patients and families with Marfan Syndrome and Related Connective Tissue Disorders. This patient educational program is designed to help patients with marfan Syndrome and Related Connective Tissue Disorders and their family members deal with issues that matter to them.
