MEDICAL

ACCME Accreditation Statement:
The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA Credit Designation Statement:
The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hours of Participation for Allied Health Care Professionals:
The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this activity for up to 18.0 hours of participation for continuing education for allied health professionals.

SOCIAL WORK
By participating in the conference, social workers will receive:

April 9 – 6 hours
April 10 – 6 hours
April 11 – 6 hours

The continuing education hours are approved by the National Association of Social Workers, Wisconsin Chapter.

NURSING
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credential Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Nurses who successfully complete this activity will receive:

April 9 – 6.0 contact hours
April 10 – 6.0 contact hours
April 11 – 6.0 contact hour

LEGAL
Continuing Legal Education – 21.5 hours. This is the maximum credit(s) allowed for the conference.
Ethics and Professional Responsibility - 3.5 hours. This is the amount that qualifies for the EPR component. Do not add this number with the CLE hours(s).
Guardian AD Litem Family – 21.5 hours. This is the amount that qualifies for the GALf component. Do not add this number to the CLE hours(s).
Guardian AD Litem For A Minor – 21.5 hours. This is the amount that qualifies for the GALm component. Do not add this number to the CLE hours(s).
